Finally - Some Debate!

I'm pleased to see we have a little debate going on in the comments thread. Here are my two cents:

Yes, litigation adds cost to our products and services. So does advertising, taxes, transportation, and everything else that is a cost of doing business.

I simply don't think that if we eliminate litigation costs, we'll see a dollar-for-dollar reduction in product pricing. So, if that's the best argument for tort reform, it fails.
